Sidings began life as People Carrier, the Leeds-based passion project of two friends who wanted to create an event series in the city which showcased local talent, platformed exciting DJs from across the country and curated sensory experiences through lighting, sound and artwork.

Under our previous banner, Saul and I hosted three successful events across some of Leeds’ best-loved venues. After a brief hiatus we’ve come back, more inspired and motivated than ever, and we’re unveiling the party in its new form: Sidings.

Operating from the edgelands, the liminal spaces, the converted warehouses and canal-side clubs, Sidings aims to provide a space for expression, creativity and movement. The series aims to feature techno, house and minimal dance music of the highest calibre, with longer sets to allow artists time to guide the crowd through their soundscapes.
